Privacy Policy
Effective date: June 14, 2026 · Last updated: June 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what personal data YouNewX ("we", "us") collects, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep data collection to the minimum we need to run our products well. We do not sell your personal data.
1.Data we collect
- Information you give us: your email address, and optionally your first name, when you sign up for a free guide, join our list, or buy a product.
- Order information: the product you bought and the time of purchase. Payments are processed by Stripe (cards) or NOWPayments (crypto) — we never receive or store your full card number.
- Usage data: basic, mostly aggregated analytics about how pages are used (for example which version of a page converts better), collected via our own lightweight script and standard server logs.
2.How we use your data
- To deliver the product or free guide you asked for.
- To send you a short welcome and follow-up email series related to what you signed up for, plus occasional offers. Every marketing email has a one-click unsubscribe.
- To provide support and answer your messages.
- To improve our products, pages and offers.
- To keep the Services secure and prevent fraud or abuse.
3.Legal bases
Where the GDPR or similar laws apply, we process data on the basis of your consent (e.g. joining our email list), performance of a contract (delivering a product you bought), and our legitimate interests (improving and securing the Services). You can withdraw consent at any time.
4.Email & your choices
You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the link in any email, the one-click unsubscribe in your email app, or by emailing us. We'll still send essential messages about a purchase you made (such as your receipt or product delivery).
5.Cookies & local storage
We use your browser's local storage for things like remembering a limited-time offer timer and running simple A/B tests so we can improve pages. We do not use invasive cross-site advertising trackers. You can clear local storage and cookies in your browser settings at any time.
6.Who we share data with
We share data only with the service providers that help us operate, acting as our processors:
- Stripe — card payment processing.
- NOWPayments — cryptocurrency payment processing.
- Resend — sending transactional and marketing email.
- Vercel — website hosting and delivery.
We may also disclose data if required by law. We do not sell or rent your personal data to anyone.
7.Data retention
We keep your data only as long as needed for the purposes above — for example, while you're on our email list or to keep a record of your purchase — and then delete or anonymize it. You can ask us to delete your data sooner (see below).
8.Your rights
Depending on where you live (including under the GDPR and CCPA), you may have the right to access, correct, export, or delete your personal data, and to object to or restrict certain processing. To exercise any right, email hello@younewx.com and we'll respond within a reasonable time, at no charge.
9.Children's privacy
Our Services are not directed to children under 16, and we do not knowingly collect personal data from them. Products made for kids are intended to be purchased and managed by a parent or guardian. If you believe a child has given us data, contact us and we'll delete it.
10.International transfers & security
Our providers may process data in countries other than yours, with appropriate safeguards. We use reputable providers and reasonable technical measures to protect your data, though no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.
11.Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time and will change the "Last updated" date above when we do.
12.YouTube API Services
Our internal publishing tool, YouNewX Publisher, uses YouTube API Services to upload and manage videos on the YouTube channels that we own and operate. By using our Services you are also agreeing to be bound by the YouTube Terms of Service, and the Google Privacy Policy applies to any data Google receives.
What we access. YouNewX Publisher authenticates only as the owner of our own YouTube channels. It reads and writes metadata for our own videos (titles, descriptions, tags, thumbnails, audience settings) and uploads our own original videos. It does not request access to any visitor's or customer's YouTube account, and it does not collect, store, or process YouTube user data belonging to anyone else.
What we store. We store only the OAuth credentials for our own channels and the identifiers of our own uploaded videos. No YouTube data is sold, rented, shared with third parties, or used for advertising or profiling.
Revoking access. Access granted to any application through a Google Account can be revoked at any time from the Google security settings page. To request deletion of data we hold, email hello@younewx.com and we will delete it and confirm in writing.
13.Contact
For any privacy question or request, email hello@younewx.com.
